Born in Paramaribo City (Surinam), Ashes’ family immigrated to the Netherlands due to ill circumstances when he was just a baby. In his teens he met HipHop and stuck with it.
He started out spitting in English, and now he ended up doing the same thing in Dutch.
He put in his work backin’ up Ciph Barker and Reggy Lines’ live shows while working on his own music on the low.
After dropping some tracks here and there and appearing on a couple projects, Ashes is now finishing up his first solo release.
